In short

There are no accounts here, no shop and no payments. The only personal information this site ever holds is whatever you decide to type into an email to us.

What the server records

Our host keeps ordinary access logs: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and a timestamp. That is standard for any web server and it is used for security and to see which pages get read. A privacy-respecting page-count measurement also runs, reporting totals without assembling a profile of you.

Cookies

This domain sets no advertising cookie and no tracking cookie of its own. Should your browser hold one after you follow an order link, the merchant set it on their own domain under their own policy.

Email

A message you send is kept so we can answer it and refer back to it. You are not added to any list, contact details are never sold or rented, and correspondence is deleted once there is no reason to keep it.

After you click an order button

You have left this domain. Your name, address, card details and order history from that point are collected and held by the merchant handling the sale. None of it reaches us at any stage. Their privacy policy is the one that governs it.

Outside services

Typefaces come from Google Fonts, so your browser makes one request to Google as a page loads. Nothing else outside this domain is embedded in these pages.

Your rights

Where you live may give you the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. Email team@joointsaid.com and it will be dealt with. There is so little to hand over that the exchange is normally brief.

Children

These pages are written for adults and directed at nobody under 18. We do not knowingly take in anything belonging to a child.

Revisions

Any change to this page moves the date printed at the top of it.
